port needle overwrite confirmation to jQuery

rewrite the old needle via needle editor doesn't work, the error message is "Error creating/updating needle: wrong parameters imageversion"

and I suppose that maybe we should port needle rewritten check to jquery, ie. needle rewritten confirmation

somehow needle overwrite works here, should be no overwritten bug then.

so I've changed the subject, the confirmation port to jQuery will looks better than use layout/info
