One problem is that they have changed IP address, and the reverse mapping doesn't match, so the ACL would block access.

mirror.unej.ac.id has address 103.241.205.8

8.205.241.103.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mirror-8-205.unej.ac.id.

I'll write to all of the admin addresses above.

I'm not responsible to maintain that mirror again since we are not working anymore
with Jember University
From what i'm hear, the server has going down and broke, and i think you can remove
it from mirror list

I have removed both mirrors.
