Now listed as carrying: TW isos, TW repo, 15.[012] source. That's weird. It looks like "15.1 update" is okay, but I don't see the marker file? distribution/ is just empty.

IIRC the 15.1 update repo has a slightly different layout than all other update repos - after we had accidently lost the update tree, the files had to be re-signed and re-published, and publishing them under the exact same path and filename would have caused troubles for mirrorbrain (which only checks the filename, not the content) and zypper (might get a mirror that delivers the package with the old checksum, while repodata lists the new checksum).
Therefore please have a look at the repo layout, and maybe define a different marker file (only) for the 15.1 update repo.

Thanks for the suggestion Christian - plenty or mirrors do have 15.1 update, but maybe I have to look at the ones that don't have it.

It looks like they are mirroring TW (except history), sources and updates - but we don't see the updates.
