closed[functional][u] disable iso download in openQA
Description
smartypants go to openQA to download the final iso. Needs to be disable to avoid overloading the server.
Either by removing permission from the files or apache access rules.
Steps¶
Uncommented lines 47 & 48 on /etc/apache2/vhosts.d/openqa.conf, Leap isos cannot be downloaded anymore.

due to #68450 I changed the apache redirect rule now to be x86_64 specific to not cover ports as well because the media do not exist in the same path.
