Plan added following scenario base 15sp2 test case:
11sp4 all patterns via scc
11sp4 + sdk def via scc
11sp4 def package media
11sp4 + sdk all pattern media
11sp4 all pattern minimal patch
NOTE: 11sp4 s390 for kde skip it after discussion, since this even not checked by manual before.
