Description

The YAML editor is already shown for all new groups. As we want to use YAML everywhere and drop the old table-based editor, unmigrated groups should also show the YAML editor and thereby prompt a migration the next time any such job group would be modified further.

As a preparatory step we'll add a deprecation notice, see:

https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/2519 merged. As we already have no non-YAML job groups on o3 and osd we would not even see this new feature. I verified it on lord.arch and in included tests.
