Description

LTP daily builds are triggered from personal workstation. It was good as temporary solution, but not optimal.
Create GitLab CI to schedule daily builds of LTP in IBS/OBS and with possibility to stop building during GMC.\

Expected reults:
LTP builds are builded daily and is possible to change schedule of it.

It is possible to change schedule in pipelines: https://gitlab.suse.de/kernel-qa/trigger-ltp-builds/pipeline_schedules
Documented on https://confluence.suse.com/display/qasle/LTP+repositories
