we need add this kind of test to our service check framework and use different check command. sle11sp4 use the init.d not systemd

now we run all the applicable services on the sle11sp4 and found following issues in

radvd is not running by /etc/init.d/radvd start.
dhcpd need add DHCPD_INTERFACE in /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd
apparmor is not supported in sle11sp4
SuSEfirewall2 can't use the init.d need use
SuSEfirewall2 start
SUSEfirewall2_init off
SuSEfirewall2_init status
SuSEfirewall2_setup status
in 11sp4 ntp service is ntp not ntpd.

after migration:
apache2, autofs, named,radvd, snmpd,vsftp is not active in sles15sp2.
