t03_static_addresses_xml

issue reproducible on osd too https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3083493#step/t01_basic/36 . as far as I know osd don't have apparmor setup

You are right! And when I take a clother look, in before_test.pm there is an upload as well. But the file is missing.
