I don't understand what is the problem here. Is a random shuffling sufficient?

it's been a while that this issue was created, but I assume this is about picking randomly out of the 50 prios instead of going through them as they were inserted. But feel free to reject and/or come up with your own ideas how to improve the scheduling of jobs
