create cron job to sync iso images

Description
the Makefile is no longer useful for anything, therefore the commands to sync new iso images should be in a separate script. That script should also notify the dispatcher of the new iso(s).
- Target version changed from T06. Replace the Makefile by a conf. / dispatcher method to T11. Task for end of iteration
- Translation missing: en.field_done_ratio: changed from 0 to 70
- Target version changed from T11. Task for end of iteration to T12. Issues for the next iteration
- Start date deleted (

- Status changed from New to In Progress
There is a partial script. Move the task to future work and finish it there.

Shame on me. The script was not finished. Now is working lnussel one.
