Description

Hi,

ftp.linux.org.tr is being moved to another hardware, and the IP adress is
going to change,
can you update the IP whitelists so that we can continue mirroring from
stage.opensuse.org ?

Old IP: 193.140.100.100 [this can be removed as during the move we'll sync
from new server locally ]
New IP: 193.140.98.183
