Description
On openqa-aarch64 on o3, we have now 10 workers (usable for testing) + 6 additional workers (with a different worker class) where we can schedule jobs manually.
According to my tests, running 10 or 16 jobs in parallel has no effect on tests. AFAICT, there is not more test failures due to the additional load.
So, we are ready to enable those 6 additional workers for production.

I think /etc/openqa/workers.ini must be updated and worker 11-16 must be restarted.
