The fips=1 bug is fixed in pre-RC2 build.

Since fips=1 issue is fixed on VM currently, we consider migrating our fips test cases from env mode into fips kernel mode testing.

The poo is already fixed in SLE15 SP2.
We have separated the test cases into Kernel mode and ENV mode already. Mark this one as resolved.
