Description

NetworkManager S:M:10113:182881 fails in update_install.
It complains about missing branding package, which is mainly for WE,SLED and TD.

As result of backlog triaging (see https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/openqatests/wiki#ticket-backlog-triaging for more information). I consider this a product bug and the best category for me would be Spike/Research.
