Adapt the mirrorbrain "markers" and the index header template to list which mirrors provide the new release

Have updated the template on olaf. Added 15.1, removed 42.2. I'll have a look at the markers too.

does it need some syncing or such? the 15.1 link yields 404 and in the table 15.1 is not present

For myself and others - edit /etc/sysconfig/mirrorbrain-webpages and run "mb markers -e" to edit the markers.
Should all be in place now.
