15 min. presentation together with all the team and 15 min. for questions.

  • Book a meeting room the last week of May from 11:30 to 12. Check Roland availability in advance. This presentation is required by him.
  • Announce the presentation through internal channels
  • Invite Roland.
  • We do not need slides. It is fine to use Chili. ** We have to provide some context and how are we going to use the tool (Factory).
  • We have to show include an estimation of the manpower.
  • Agustin will use the manpower to create an estimation of the investment in development.
  • Jos should create the announcement and communicate it.
  • I want a team presentation. Several people must participate, not just the controller.
