15 min. presentation together with all the team and 15 min. for questions.
- Book a meeting room the last week of May from 11:30 to 12. Check Roland availability in advance. This presentation is required by him.
- Announce the presentation through internal channels
- Invite Roland.
- We do not need slides. It is fine to use Chili. ** We have to provide some context and how are we going to use the tool (Factory).
- We have to show include an estimation of the manpower.
- Agustin will use the manpower to create an estimation of the investment in development.
- Jos should create the announcement and communicate it.
- I want a team presentation. Several people must participate, not just the controller.
