Description
Having looked a bit through the Gru code i think it's possible to reuse even more Minion code and reduce the number of workarounds in OpenQA::WebAPI::Plugin::Gru. Since we will be using a very vanilla Minion setup on the worker side soon (with the cache service taking over more background tasks), having Gru in a similar state would give us a nice consistency across the job queues we use.
