Description

Since we have the grafana instance up and running, we can use that to create simple dashboard to give high level information about worker's status

Sebastian requested this, and is now in place, however poo#41189 is a continuation of this one, as notifications are also required.

One thing to note is that the dashboard is not always reliable, for this we need two tickets from infra to be solved:
