closedSync newly created needles with os-autoinst for developer mode
Description
The developer mode allows to resume a test after pausing on assert_screen timeout considering newly created needles. However, these needles must be uploaded to os-autoinst to make this work not only in a local setup.
Likely it is best to keep the worker out of it as much as possible. So the livehandler daemon should notify os-autoinst directly about the existence of new needles when resuming the test execution.
