Description
Currently this is a bit more of a priority as now all travis tests are failing as the docker image is not having upgraded packages.
Or we either need to upgrade the packages before running the tests, or have a daily image build which upgrades package from repositories, or w/e :)

This specific case (packages upgrades) is now handled. Also moved the docker run logic into the Makefile
