closedUp and down keys don't work
Description
After the enhancements to "Candidate needles and tags" item (e.g. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1902365#step/yast2_migration/10) up and down keys stopped working for me in all tabs of a job page (using Chrome 68). The page won't scroll down, resp. up anymore.
