Description

Motivation

Some SUSE teams use trello as an issue management tool. We should allow to use links to individual trello cards as bug references as well. While we are at it we should find a generic way to define bugrefs without having the individual issue tracker URL specified within the openQA source code.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: trello cards are seen as bugrefs in openQA (and therefore also carried over and show up as bug icons)
  • AC2: There is a generic way to create a bugref from comments, e.g. bug:<url>

Suggestion

It seems links to trello cards are in the format https://trello.com/c/<id>[/<pronouncable-title>], e.g. https://trello.com/c/zs0ska4S which redirects to https://trello.com/c/zs0ska4S/2822-enb-sle15-sp1 . We should allow entering both. We could shorten that with something like tr#zs0ska4S but we could also preserve the full URL. For a generic bugref we could use bugref:<url>.

Further details

https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1831956#comments shows a link to a trello card.

less teams use trello I guess and also it's proprietary and business licenses are expensive
