We need to do an update for pullin-* so they are actually pulling - we forgot for 13.1
The last time around we seem to have published pullin-flash-plugin as an update was with 12.2; it was skipped with 12.3 and 13.1.
As pullin-plugin-flash is installed by default, and it recommends 'flash-player', on most setups it's probably still installed, as yast on first launch suggests to pull in all the 'newly recommended packages', thus including flash-player.
I guess the only difference we have is for users ONLY working with updater applets, that would be honoring patches - those still benefit from the patch to be available and have the patch recommend the flash-player (anf fluendo-mp3) packages.
=> the llatter case makes it worthy, in my opinion, to still publish them as patch - I'll prepare the online-upates for 13.2

It's done up to the point where the final publishing into the :Update repository is pending (which is currently the case for allexisting 13.2 Updates).
Updates have been released to /update/13.2
