Description

Hi,

That project seems to have a really low dispatcher prio, things are stuck
in 'scheduled' for ages. Given that we're trying to get a release done -
could you please raise prio?

It only affects non x86 schedulers so it shouldn't matter to anyone other
than the ports team..
