I'd like to publish an FTP tree for RISC-V from openSUSE:Factory:RISCV
to download.opensuse.org/ports/riscv/tumbleweed/repo/oss/.
Adrian asked me to write here to get it prepared.

The FTP tree is now building properly, but it is published to
download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Factory:/RISCV/images/repo/
(using varying subdirectories) instead of
download.opensuse.org/ports/riscv/tumbleweed/repo/oss/.

it is setup now.
No debug tree until there is some really broader need for them
