had problems with free space at mirror, because of problems with
stage.opensuse.org::opensuse-full/opensuse/ports/aarch64/debug/tumbleweed/empty/

adding "--ignore-errors" saved more than 300GB of free space here,
because rsync didn't delete old files.
imho that dir should be chmoded 755 or deleted on server side, anyway
users with "--max-delete=" options will not notice increase ща the
amount of free space for some time.

this problem could be related to https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/29951
probably empty directory was created with wrong/bad permissions.
