updates-none has not been matched as before, instead of it desktop-runner is still wrongly expected.

updates_packagekit_gpk

Fails since (at least) Build 535.1 (current job)

failing in many different current scenarios. Looks like the work on #31687 caused this.
A retrigger of all failed tests should fix the test failures for now as we have the PR reverted.
