On recent failed build 611.1, it was finally passed with network check applied from mgriessmeier(https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/5061):

It is first pass on build 611.1.

The check works, but could not guarantee network issue not happens on all builds, let's see more runs in future builds.
