Description
IMHO both https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/os-autoinst-needles-sles/blob/master/password-prompt-20180227.png and https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/os-autoinst-needles-sles/blob/master/password-prompt-20180221.png are wrong because both do not show a "password-prompt" but a login screen. I delete these needles with https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/os-autoinst-needles-sles/merge_requests/735 but maybe you did this explicitly.

No, I was following a wrong lead on a existing needle. I found password-prompt-20170927 suspicious as well.
