AC1: Verified that bsc#1071045 is fixed.
AC2: The workaround needle scc_registration-modules-preselected-sled-20171208 mentions a proper product bug or it is deleted.
AC3: The test module scc_registration only fails or soft-fails on proper product bug.

https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1071045 is VERIFIED FIXED already. But it's true that the needle is wrong. I don't see anything wrong with the needle content: For SLED it makes sense that the desktop applications as well as desktop productivity module is preselected, right? I did the most evil thing now and just overwrote the same needle with one w/o the workaround property set.

There is no other soft-failure in that module so I assume we are done here.
