closedPlease update CentOS 6 and 7 meta to include SIG repos

Description
Could you please update the CentOS 6 and 7 meta as I have attached to
this email? It adds additional repositories from the CentOS SIGs that
function as addons for people to use or build on.
For some classes of packages, some of these addons are absolutely
necessary for building on. For example, the SCL repos are required for
compiling code with newer compilers.
If you want to put them in a Addon or SIG subproject under CentOS-6
and CentOS-7 projects, that's fine too.
But I'm having major issues because I can't access these things on OBS
and it's a pain to rebuild all this stuff unnecessarily...

Hey, it's been over a month on this, is there someone who could implement this in some form? It's a pretty simple enhancement...

As of this last weekend, all SIG repo content is signed using the GPG keys of each respective SIG.
I've attached an updated CentOS 7 meta that includes these keys.
