Description
Motivation¶
We have an internal database for tracking bugs in openQA and we can update the bug status including GUI feedback within openQA. What is missing is a backlink feeding information of tests back into the referenced bugs
Ideas¶
Use something like https://github.com/bmwiedemann/obsbugzilla to interface with bugzilla and report on updates in product bugs
- e.g. a bug is created with a reference to a failing openqa test: If the test passes, the bug can automatically be verified/resolved, if it was resolved, it can be reported if the test is still failing

https://github.com/os-autoinst/openqa_review has gained the feature to put "reminder comments" into bugs but that is not directly integrated into openQA itself.

https://github.com/os-autoinst/openqa_review is certainly a bit custom but it does not look like we will come up with something different soon.
