Engagement actions (with upstream and openSUSE community

Documentation

External documentation

Alberto, agree with Jos on the scope and the deadline for this initial communication plan, so Jos can begin to design the actions and execute the first ones.

Alberto agreed to go over it with Agustin, pick what is relevant and create tasks for the high level things. I will create subtasks for specific people where needed.
