- Subject changed from Send a mail to factory and packagers MLs and activate the notification to developers in the comments to Activate OBS notifications to developers after announcing on factory and packagers MLs

The osc-plugin leaves comments in OBS. Adding an '@' to the contained usernames enables sending notifications to involved people. This should be enabled right after the new workflow is announced in factory and packagers mailinglists.
