closedUpdate failure cases on updates_packagekit_gpk

Description
The following cases has been failed in SLE-15 phase, because tty7 in sle-15 is a
constant greeting tty in gnome 3.26, clicking "alt-f2' does not pop up command
running dialog.

Maybe things used in start_wayland_plasma5.pm (console('x11')->{args}->{tty} = 3)
can be reused here to switch to the correct tty for continuing with the rest of
testing.
This is urgent :-)

This case is blocked by: gnome-packagekit is missing in SLE15 https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1060844
Currently we can switch to GUI vt but it's still blocked by the above bug. see: http://10.67.17.30/tests/1925#step/updates_packagekit_gpk/14
