Description
If you want to install virt-manager for example libosinfo is a require but there's missing subject rpm on d.o.o
Retrieving: typelib-1_0-Libosinfo-1_0-1.0.0-1.4.x86_64.rpm [error]
File './suse/x86_64/typelib-1_0-Libosinfo-1_0-1.0.0-1.4.x86_64.rpm' not found on medium 'http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/42.3/repo/oss/'
If you look here https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/openSUSE:Leap:42.3/libosinfo?repository=standard a typelib rpm is produced and this one is not available on any kind of mirrors I tried now https://build.opensuse.org/package/binary/openSUSE:Leap:42.3/libosinfo?arch=x86_64&filename=typelib-1_0-Libosinfo-1_0-1.0.0-1.4.x86_64.rpm&repository=standard
Of course it was there before the breakage....
Could you check what's happened ...

Also the update channel appears to be affected. Fir example update/leap/42.3/.../x86.../libpq5*rpm is missing

Also for example
ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/opensuse/update/leap/42.3/oss/
doesn't have last 4.4.85 kernel update
halifax is noted as priority mirror ?

We lost this (and some other) package(s) somehow during the storage problem. We did not notice as we
thoght only the /repositories/ folder is affected (and there the check for missing binaries already ran 3 days).
Adrian has triggered a full sync of all RPMs again from the OBS backend now to get this covered. The mirrors need to sync again, once the sync is finished - but this normally happens already via cron.

updates/leap/42.3/ still isn't current. can you please fix the update repos and sync it to the most current state? this is getting embarassing.

It's getting worse, today my local mirror which sync on halifax (aachen) by rsync is just fully empty \o/
42.3/oss = 3.3MB 42.3/non-oss = 0.1MB
So non only we certainly loose a part of update, but also primary published version.

As of today : everything seems to be right.
Can we close this ?

IMHO all packages should be restored meanwhile. If you still find some errors, please feel free to open a new issue (via Email to admin@opensuse.org).
