Staging select needs to link DVD packages in the right subproject

Description

Right now we have staging list skips all reviews that are not in Ring 0 or 1. We need to extend to ring 2 (that's too easy to be worth an extra issue :)

In addition to that we also need to link the sources in right subproject. Ring 0+1 go into A while Ring 2 goes into A:DVD, but all requests are tracked in the
metadata of A
