Description
https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1131165 is unable to reconnect to the IPMI interface.
Have not yet investigated why this appears now and not in before. I'm guessing some trouble with IP assignment again.

Investigation showed that this is actually not a network issue but more of a test stability issue.
The job overview of the worker (https://openqa.suse.de/admin/workers/367) confirms this hypothesis pretty good.
I cannot really confirm this theory since previous runs on SLES12SP3 (https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1123607?version=12-SP3&arch=x86_64&test=gnome&machine=64bit-ipmi&distri=sle&limit_previous=400&flavor=Server-DVD#previous) where most of the time broken because of the network/DHCP issues we had.
Lets continue with https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/20220 https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/23774 by improving the quality of this test.
