Description

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/https://bugzilla.opensuse.org reports it's
just me. However, https://status.opensuse.org/ reports "some systems are
experiencing issues" (but also its details report "Operational" for every
system). For at least 5 hours, after
https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-kde3/2017-07/msg00025.html
arrived, I've been unable to reach it with 5 different web browsers across two
different PCs. Everyone on #opensuse-admin on IRC seems to be asleep or
otherwise uninterested in my report there. I can ping it. Konq, Firefox,
Chromium and SeaMonkey browser attempts produce "Waiting for...", then
eventually the following:

Bad Gateway!
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Attempting through https://130.57.66.6/ produces the following:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Am I the only one this is happening to? The rest of opensuse.org and the

Internet is working normally.

"The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant
words are persuasive." Proverbs 16:21 (New Living Translation)

I can confirm that bugzilla is down, and updated status.opensuse.org accordingly.

Bugzilla is hosted in Provo, and it's in the middle of sunday night there, so I'm afraid we'll need to have some patience...

BTW: I have no idea how http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com tests - maybe "can connect to port 443"?
