Description

After a fresh install of a worker, if share directory is not created, worker shows the following message (caching was enabled here):

Jun 09 15:44:39 seattle15 systemd[1]: Started openQA Worker #2.
Jun 09 15:44:40 seattle15 worker[13839]: [ERROR] Can not find working directory for host http://deimos.suse.de. Ignoring host
Jun 09 15:44:40 seattle15 worker[13839]: [INFO] CACHE: caching is enabled, setting up /var/lib/openqa/cache/deimos.suse.de

After creating /var/lib/openqa/share by hand, worker can work normally.
