Description
After learning increasing QEMUCPU and QEMUTHREADS to 2 paradoxically improves ppc64le worker efficiency, we now have workers using significantly less CPU when loaded than in the past
After RC1, tweak the number of workers and number of non-tmpfs workers to make the most of this newfound knowledge to run as many tests as possible on the hardware reliably.
