[sporadic] test fails in zypper_in while connecting

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP3-Server-DVD-s390x-minimal+base@zkvm fails in
zypper_in

also https://openqa.suse.de/tests/930780#step/crash/13 fails.
It really looks like a load or network issue to me (e.g. tty in postfail hook gets not loaded)

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 0379 (current job) but seems sporadically (as usual with load issues)

Expected result

Last good: 0376 (or more recent)

I guess it was really just a temporary network outage. No way to confirm this after 9 months now but the most recent tests do not fail there anymore.
