the Information you gave us, esp.

is not resolveable.

also the base domain seems not to be resolveable..

Can you please check this?

No answer, no resolving DNS or IP address.

While I would love to see an additional mirror, this is a good example for a bad start.

Please open a new ticket once you resolved the problems mentioned before and we are happy to add you as mirror for openSUSE.
