In our new 15-SP7 maintenance tests, many things are passing but CC installation fails.
x86_64: openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP7-Server-DVD-Updates-x86_64-create_hdd_textmode_common_criteria@64bit fails in
install_SLES
s390x (and aarch64): openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP7-Server-DVD-Updates-s390x-create_hdd_textmode_common_criteria@s390x-kvm fails in
accept_license
However, BETA=1 is set which at some point in time the code has noted and understood also this dialog.

Note that YaST maintenace job group does not yet have 15-SP7, they might bump into the same and also might have a solution when they work on that: https://openqa.suse.de/group_overview/421

Note: This ticket is about 15-SP7 Maintenance. ticket #181907 is about 15-SP7 Development, where there is an opposite problem.
