Description

barrier_init fails if something already tried to use the barrier

modify the HA node tests to wait a little before trying to use their barrier to give the ha_support_server time to start

Not happening enough to justify a quick fix, lower priority and unassigned, monitor situation and re-evaluate if it strikes more often

Didn't hear of any error since then but also @seha wanted to have the more advanced test suite separated anyway so less likely to happen. I guess we are done here.
