open[qe-core][sle16] add more tests which are running on sle15sp7 but not on sle16 yet

Description¶
I can see some tests are running on sle15sp7 text mode, but not running on sle16 yet, and these tests are spreading in different jobs.
I think they can be add to extra_tests_textmode
The test modules may come from below tests:
- system_performance
- extra_tests_textmode_phub
And we can add below test suites if possible as well:
3. extra_tests_bootloader
4.extra_tests_bootloader_uefi
5. boot_to_snapshot -
6. btrfs_maintenance
7. extra_tests_clamav

mutt is enable ssl, so it depends on evolution_prepare_servers which not only creating the certificate, but also configure postfix. There is a bug for evolution_prepare_servers: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1242774
After this bug is fixed, we could add evolution_prepare_servers and mutt in sle16.

@tinawang123 I have added most of the modules from sle15sp7 extra-tests_textmode yaml file :) https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/22131.
So please go ahead with others.
