Motivation

This topic include below points:
Discussions on Slack can be overwhelming. Maybe we should define what different response times we expect on different media (chat, mail, whatever...).
We have progress ticket, PRs/MRs and Slack.
Extract from Slack the important information, explore what can we do in the team to make easier to filter the information. It could include our policy for updating PR/MRs and minimize comments in progress but if not activity in code, a frequent update should be done in progress which would be also helpful for other stakeholders like Team leads. For Slack, to find good practices. Also we could cover communication in different time zones and level of skills with verbal communication in English in the team.

Presentation created still WIP. Will upload the PDF to the confluence page when finished.
Estimated time is around half an hour, but its supposed to be a more or less open discussion, not a 1 presenter, 5 listeners thing.
