Description

Hi,

dstat test needs to be updated because it doesn't with Python 3.13 that's the default in Tumbleweed now.

dstat will be replaced with dool - https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1239172#c2

I created https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/21432 to move the test to SLE only for now; until dool is available on Factory at least
